Cheval Blanc Paris, an urban Palace in the LVMH luxury hospitality collection, seeks an accomplished First Housekeeper to orchestrate housekeeping operations across 72 bespoke residences and public spaces designed by Peter Marino. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to lead teams in delivering bespoke service experiences, ensuring every environment reflects the Maison's unwavering commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate housekeeping teams dedicated to guest floors and public areas
  • Collaborate closely with Butlers to deliver personalized, tailored service aligned with each guest's expectations
  • Orchestrate the preparation and refreshment of all guest accommodations, ensuring flawless execution
  • Oversee the seamless operation of intelligent room systems and guest-facing technology
  • Maintain impeccable standards across all spaces—from grand suites to discrete service areas—reflecting the Maison's excellence
  • Anticipate and respond proactively to guest needs and preferences to create memorable experiences
  • Manage team workflow, scheduling, and performance with pedagogical tact to foster a harmonious environment
  • Implement creative décor concepts and interior design initiatives to enhance the guest experience

Qualifications

  • BTS Hôtellerie-Restauration option A (marketing and hotel management) or equivalent
  • BP Gouvernante (Head Housekeeper diploma) or CAP Services Hôteliers preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality housekeeping
  • Advanced proficiency in Opera Cloud property management system
  • Fluent English (written and oral)
  • Excellent presentation and representational ability
  • Demonstrated mastery of hospitality service excellence and guest relations

BTS Hôtellerie-Restauration option A (marketing and hotel management), BP Gouvernante (Head Housekeeper diploma), or CAP Services Hôteliers. Equivalent professional certification or demonstrated mastery through extensive luxury hospitality experience acceptable.
