LVMH Hotel Management Finance Intern in Paris. Six-month internship (Jan–Jul 2027) with reporting, management control, and financial project responsibilities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly consolidated group reporting and synthesis statements for senior management presentation
  • Update budget templates and load financial projections for individual properties into management systems
  • Conduct monthly management control analyses, including yield management versus profit-and-loss reconciliation, sales and marketing expense review, and discount and complimentary analysis
  • Support the development of new activity tracking mechanisms to enable cross-property analysis and benchmarking
  • Assist the finance team with monthly rebilling procedures generated by LVMH Hotel Management for distribution to other properties
  • Participate in the implementation of new internal control frameworks across all properties
  • Contribute to cross-functional financial projects in response to Finance Department directives and operational evolution, including entity integration, new tool implementation, and process optimization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree +5 (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent with specialization in finance or management control
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with Sage 1000 accounting software (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
  • Ability to quickly assimilate complex financial subjects and work independently
