Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Finance in safeguarding the Maison’s financial integrity through robust accounting, reporting and control practices.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes; prepare accurate financial statements and consolidated reports in accordance with group and local standards.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and long‑range financial planning; deliver timely variance analysis and actionable business insights.
• Design, implement and enforce internal controls, compliance procedures and audit readiness across finance processes.
• Manage cash flow and treasury activities, ensuring liquidity and efficient working capital management.
• Partner with operational leaders to translate financial data into cost‑efficiency measures and revenue optimisation initiatives.
• Coordinate external and internal audits and follow up on audit recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor the on‑island finance team and liaise with central corporate finance functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within luxury hospitality or a comparable environment.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls and audit management within structured corporate or multi‑property organisations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong ethical standards, discretion and sound professional judgement.

Skills

Experience

Minimum 10 years of finance/accounting experience, with substantial exposure to luxury hospitality or multi‑property corporate finance; demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls and audit coordination.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA or equivalent) preferred.
