Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee full accounting and financial management for the holding company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with group reporting requirements.
- Coordinate and guarantee reliable month, quarter and year-end closings across legal entities in a listed-group context.
- Produce statutory and management financial statements and deliver analytical reviews of P&L with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Lead continuous-improvement initiatives: develop Excel models and standardized tools, contribute to automation of monthly reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash) and group reporting.
- Maintain and evolve financial information systems: act as primary contact for hotels on technical issues, liaise with outsourced finance-tool support and propose system adaptations.
- Design and deliver training and access management for new finance team members; perform regular reviews of system access.
- Drive financial integrations for new hotel entities: harmonise accounting practices with group standards and support implementation of financial tools.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in finance, accounting, control or equivalent.
- Strong command of French GAAP (FrGAAP) and IFRS accounting standards.
- Advanced Excel skills and demonstrable experience building financial models and standardized reporting tools.
- Proven capability to document and implement accounting and reporting procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for frequent contact with hotel directors and cross-functional stakeholders.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in financial management, accounting or financial control; experience in hospitality is an advantage.
