Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and validate daily financial operations in coordination with the Control de Gestion team
  • Perform cash receipt controls and revenue reconciliation across all business units
  • Track point-of-sale performance and conduct revenue and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with department heads on technical specifications and cost analysis documentation
  • Conduct material cost analysis and performance reporting using Power BI dashboards
  • Verify invoicing records and oversee month-end inventory audits and financial closures
  • Identify process improvements and support cross-functional financial initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Level 3) or Master's degree in Finance, Management Accounting, or Hospitality Management
  • Strong grasp of financial fundamentals, management accounting principles, and data analysis methodologies
  • Demonstrated capacity to monitor, control, and validate financial data with precision
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; Power BI experience is highly valued
  • Ability to analyze budget variances, generate performance reports, and track key performance indicators
  • Clear understanding of cost management, invoicing procedures, and revenue control mechanisms
  • Strong written communication and analytical presentation skills
