Cheval Blanc Paris is hiring a Finance Intern in Paris: an internship in hospitality finance supporting accounting, billing, inventory and month‑end closings.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Finance & Accounting team in day-to-day financial operations, with a primary focus on stringent expense control and invoice processing (supplier invoices and delivery notes).
- Verify and control receipts and revenue figures, ensuring accuracy of daily turnover and corrective adjustments where necessary.
- Prepare and transmit regular financial reportings and analyses required by the finance team, maintaining exemplary documentation and audit trail.
- Assist with client billing and prepare intercompany month‑end journal entries to support timely closings.
- Collaborate with outlet chefs to produce technical sheets and calculate month‑to‑date Food Cost; participate in month‑end inventories and monthly closing activities.
- Contribute to the control of deductions, corrections and reconciliations to safeguard the integrity of financial records.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school, accounting/administration programme, or hospitality management cursus.
- Proficiency with Pack Office; working knowledge of SAGE and OPERA Cloud is an advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Demonstrable analytical rigour, organisational precision and meticulous attention to detail.
- Adaptability, availability, initiative and strong collaborative/teamwork orientation, with a sensitivity to luxury hospitality standards.

Entry-level internship: suitable for students or recent graduates. No prior professional experience required beyond academic coursework; practical exposure to hospitality finance or accounting is advantageous.
