Role & Responsibilities
- Enter and monitor supplier invoices with precision and responsiveness
- Verify receipts and perform bank reconciliations to ensure account reliability
- Execute account reconciliation, posting, and settlement matching for balance sheets and collections
- Actively participate in balance sheet verification and monthly closing procedures in accordance with the property's financial standards
- Assist with inventory management and tracking of stock counts
- Participate in economat (supply management) activities, ensuring organization and oversight of procurement
- Maintain accurate record-keeping of contracts and financial documentation
- Support cross-departmental financial projects and studies through analysis and organizational support
- Contribute to the development of seasonal staff accommodation inventory while maintaining precision and property standards
- Execute ad-hoc assignments from the finance team, demonstrating proactivity and team collaboration
Qualifications
- Formation supérieure en Management Hôtelier ou Gestion
- Knowledge of general and analytical accounting principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and precision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Skills
Experience
Prior experience in administration, accounting, or hospitality is advantageous. Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector is appreciated.
Education
Undergraduate degree or pursuing qualification in Hospitality Management, Finance, or Business Administration.
