Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks a Finance Intern in Courchevel, France to support accounting, stock control and financial projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day accounting operations: enter and track supplier invoices with accuracy and responsiveness.
- Control revenues and perform bank reconciliations to ensure the reliability of financial records.
- Reconcile and clear balance sheet accounts and cash receipts; assist in account lettrage.
- Participate in monthly balance sheet reconciliations and month-end closings in accordance with maison standards.
- Assist Economat with stock management and inventory monitoring; follow up on supply orders and receipt control.
- Maintain the contract register and ensure financial document follow-up.
- Contribute to cross-functional financial projects and studies, providing analysis and organisational support.
- Support development and administration of seasonal employee housing and execute ad hoc financial tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a higher education degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of general and analytical accounting; prior experience in administration, accounting or luxury hospitality is a plus.
- Strong command of Pack Office and comfort with digital tools.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and process information precisely.
- Professional discretion, rigour, strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.

Experience
Open to beginners; suitable for students or recent graduates. First experience in administration, accounting or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Courchevel, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, with easy access to Lyon.
