Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting and record keeping.
- Record and monitor supplier invoices and accounts payable with precision and responsiveness.
- Perform revenue controls and bank reconciliations to guarantee the integrity of cash and bank accounts.
- Reconcile and match balance-sheet accounts and receivables; assist with account lettrage.
- Contribute to month-end balance sheet reconciliations and financial closings following maison standards.
- Assist economat operations: stock management, inventory follow-up and supply tracking.
- Maintain the contract library and financial documentation; support contract-related administrative tasks.
- Participate in cross-functional financial projects and studies to improve processes and optimise resource management.
- Support development and administration of seasonal staff housing records and related logistics.
- Execute ad hoc assignments for the finance department with proactivity and team spirit.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed higher education in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of general and analytical accounting; first experience in administration, accounting or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong command of Pack Office (Microsoft Office), with practical Excel skills.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and process information with rigor and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, responsiveness and a collaborative mindset suited to luxury hospitality.

Entry-level / débutant. No prior professional experience required; a first placement or internship in administration, accounting or luxury hospitality is advantageous.
Education
Higher education in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent (currently enrolled in an alternance/apprenticeship programme or recent graduate).
