Role & Responsibilities
- Support the F&B Director in daily operational management across multiple restaurant venues
- Coordinate staff scheduling and manage operational timelines for all food service outlets
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement corrective action plans
- Provide operational support during service hours in dining rooms
- Track and report revenue figures across different points of sale
- Promote hotel services and products to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
