Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to embody the agility and commitment of the Maison.
  • Support planning and organization to ensure operational fluidity.
  • Participate in innovation and new projects, ensuring guest satisfaction and collecting valuable feedback.
  • Provide operational support during services, observing performance and revenue for strategic insights.

Qualifications

  • Training in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
  • Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurants
  • Strong understanding of gastronomy
  • Proficiency in computer tools
