Role & Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the luxury hospitality environment at the Japanese Restaurant Hakuba.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of dining areas to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Collaborate with experienced Chefs de Rang to deliver personalized and attentive service.
- Ensure precise and timely delivery of orders, maintaining a harmonious connection between the kitchen and dining area.
- Engage in team briefings, training sessions, and events to cultivate professionalism.
Qualifications
- Training in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
- Understanding of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
