Role & Responsibilities
- Master the operational and preparatory aspects of fine dining service through direct exposure to daily kitchen and dining room activities
- Update physical and digital menus and wine cards across multiple culinary venues
- Assist with F&B systems administration and data management
- Support the organization and execution of special events and guest experiences within the property
- Handle guest F&B requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Contribute field presence according to operational needs and service demands
- Prepare monthly operational reports and performance analytics
- Participate in team briefings, staff trainings, and hospitality events
- Maintain HACCP hygiene standards and protocols
Qualifications
- Tertiary education in Hospitality Management or Hotel Administration
- Prior internship or entry-level position at a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
- Mastery of HACCP hygiene and food safety standards
- Demonstrated passion for gastronomy and culinary excellence
- Keen attention to detail and precision in administrative tasks

Experience
Entry-level; first professional experience in luxury hospitality operations preferred. Prior internship or seasonal position in a similar establishment is advantageous.
