Role & Responsibilities
- Support the F&B leadership team in day‑to‑day operational organisation and preparation to ensure seamless, elegant service.
- Assist with the update and maintenance of printed and interactive menus, wine lists and digital guest-facing F&B content.
- Contribute to the upkeep and configuration of internal F&B systems and databases.
- Help coordinate and execute in‑house events, banquets and private dining, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Respond to and manage guest F&B requests, ensuring prompt and courteous follow‑through.
- Provide on‑floor support during service periods as required to maintain service standards.
- Prepare and contribute to monthly operational reports and performance summaries.
- Participate in briefings, trainings and team meetings to support continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a closely related field.
- First practical experience in a similar luxury hotel or fine‑dining environment (internship or entry‑level role).
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and practical application of hygiene norms.
- Fluent French and English — both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail, genuine passion for gastronomy, excellent service orientation and proven teamwork skills.
