Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks F&B Assistant Director intern in luxury Caribbean hotel with hands-on hospitality operations training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Shadow and participate actively in daily F&B service operations and briefings
- Contribute to menu and beverage card updates across physical and digital platforms
- Assist in updating F&B management systems and databases
- Support event planning and coordination within the property
- Respond to guest F&B requests and special requirements
- Conduct field observations during service periods to identify operational opportunities
- Prepare and compile monthly operational reports
- Participate in team training sessions and professional development activities
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in luxury hospitality environment
- HACCP food safety certification or willingness to complete
- Fluent spoken and written English and French
- Demonstrated passion for gastronomy and fine dining
- Strong attention to detail and precision in administrative tasks
- Excellent service etiquette and guest communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal abilities
