Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks an Executive Housekeeper (CDD) in Saint Barthélemy to lead floor and public-area teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate housekeeping teams responsible for guest floors and public areas, ensuring consistent delivery of the maison’s service standards.
- Collaborate closely with the butler team to deliver personalised, anticipatory service and bespoke guest experiences.
- Supervise room preparation, turndown and refresh procedures for suites, villas and public spaces, maintaining exacting standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality-control walkthroughs; implement corrective actions to uphold operational excellence.
- Manage operation and upkeep of in-room intelligent systems in partnership with technical teams to guarantee flawless guest comfort.
- Recruit, mentor and develop housekeeping staff; foster a culture of benevolent leadership, continuous improvement and skills transmission.
- Coordinate daily planning, staffing rosters and handovers to ensure optimal coverage across shifts and outlets.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (Bac+2) in hospitality, hotel management or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or floor operations within luxury or upscale hotels; 5 years’ experience in luxury properties preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera hotel-management software.
- Impeccable attention to detail, rigor and a demonstrable service mindset.
- Proven ability to develop teams through coaching, training and constructive feedback; leadership marked by benevolence and professionalism.

Experience
3–5 years of progressive experience in housekeeping or floor operations within luxury hotels, including proven supervisory responsibility and familiarity with high-end guest service protocols.
Education
Associate degree (Bac+2) in Hospitality, Hotel Management or equivalent.
