Cheval Blanc Paris is hiring an Executive Housekeeper in Paris to lead housekeeping teams and deliver bespoke guest experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate housekeeping teams assigned to guest floors and public areas, ensuring seamless daily operations and adherence to maison standards.
- Work closely with Majordomes (butlers) to deliver tailor‑made, anticipatory service and bespoke in‑room experiences for high‑end clientele.
- Oversee room preparation, turndown and refreshment protocols; guarantee immaculate presentation and flawless functioning of in‑room intelligent systems.
- Implement and monitor quality‑control procedures, inspections and corrective actions to maintain exacting cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Manage staffing, rostering and the 4‑on/3‑off work rhythm; provide coaching, training and performance feedback to cultivate team excellence and harmony.
- Control inventories of linen, amenities and housekeeping supplies; liaise with procurement to ensure timely replenishment and cost control.
- Represent the housekeeping department in cross‑functional meetings, championing guest‑centric solutions and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Relevant hotel vocational diploma (BTS Hôtellerie‑Restauration option A, BP Gouvernante, Bac Technologique Hôtellerie or CAP Services Hôteliers) or equivalent professional credentials.
- Minimum five years' progressive experience in luxury hotel housekeeping with supervisory responsibility.
- Proven mastery of Opera Cloud property management system.
- Professional command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous.
- Impeccable personal presentation, diplomatic manner and strong guest‑service orientation.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, rigor, discretion and an eye for interior decoration and detail.

Minimum 5 years in luxury hotel housekeeping or a comparable supervisory role, with demonstrated experience managing teams, quality standards and guest‑room operations.
Education
BTS Hôtellerie‑Restauration (option A) or equivalent vocational diploma; alternatively BP Gouvernante, Bac Technologique Hôtellerie or CAP Services Hôteliers (or equivalent professional qualifications).
