Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all culinary sections (hot, cold, pastry) with technical mastery and creative vision
  • Oversee menu development, ingredient sourcing, and meticulous execution of each dish from preparation through final presentation
  • Maintain scrupulous adherence to HACCP hygiene standards and technical specifications sheets
