Role & Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager and executive team with administrative file management and operational coordination
- Prepare and organize presentation materials, reports, and communications for senior leadership
- Manage executive calendars, email systems, and expense tracking with meticulous attention to detail
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for guest files and ensure seamless inter-departmental information flow
- Oversee restaurant reservations and guest reception using SevenRooms software and hospitality systems
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and special events across hotel departments
- Assist with administrative tasks and clerical work to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support the execution of exceptional guest experiences through organizational excellence and professional coordination
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint
- Fluent French and English, both written and oral
