Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all operations of the property, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Manage complex situations and conflicts with professionalism and diplomacy, developing creative solutions that exceed guest expectations
- Prepare precise and synthesized reports on property activity, analyzing data and proposing strategic recommendations
- Conduct daily quality control of in-room service through technical walkthroughs and verification of guest arrivals and room readiness
- Propose innovative initiatives to develop property business activity and enhance guest loyalty
Qualifications
- Higher education in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality operations
- Fluent French and English (written and oral)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
