Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and compliance with Cheval Blanc quality standards.
- Ensure continuity of operations in the absence of senior management, making strategic decisions and taking operational responsibility when required.
- Manage complex guest situations and conflicts with diplomacy, proposing creative solutions to exceed expectations.
- Perform daily quality control and technical room inspections (arrival checks, room standards, turn-downs) to uphold presentation and service levels.
- Produce clear, concise operational reports, analyse activity data and recommend initiatives to increase guest loyalty and business performance.
- Propose and drive innovative initiatives to grow the Maison’s activity and enhance guest retention.
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
- Knowledge of the luxury hotel sector and service excellence standards.
- Professional command of French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven leadership and people management skills with strong representational presence.
- Excellent oral and written communication, organisational rigour and time-management skills.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' professional experience in hotel operations, including at least 1–3 years in a Duty Manager, Front Office Manager or equivalent supervisory role within luxury hospitality.
Education
Higher education degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management
