Cheval Blanc Paris – Internship: Disability & Inclusion Project Officer. Support RSE and diversity initiatives at Paris's ultra-luxury Palace hotel.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor operational actions defined within the Disability Agreement, including recruitment, job retention, training, and staff awareness initiatives
  • Manage administrative oversight of disability-related files (RQTH qualifications, workplace accommodations) and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Design and execute internal and external communication strategies on disability and diversity, including the organization of awareness events and initiatives
  • Develop and nurture partnerships with external organizations including disability advocacy associations, educational institutions, and protected employment workshops (EA/ESAT)
  • Support cross-functional RSE and Diversity & Inclusion projects in alignment with LVMH Group initiatives and corporate values

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, Project Management, or related field (Bac +3/5)
  • Demonstrated interest in social and societal issues, luxury hospitality, and corporate social responsibility
  • Fluent in written and spoken French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize and present information clearly
