Cheval Blanc Paris internship: Disability & Inclusion Project Officer in Paris, France. Support RSE and diversity initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement operational initiatives outlined in the Disability Agreement, including recruitment processes, employee retention programs, professional development, and awareness-raising campaigns
  • Manage administrative oversight of disability-related files, including requests for recognition of disabled worker status (RQTH) and workplace accommodations
  • Prepare reporting documentation for internal and external stakeholders regarding disability and inclusion metrics
  • Design and execute internal and external communication strategies promoting disability awareness and diversity, including the organization of awareness events
  • Develop and nurture partnerships with external stakeholders, including non-profit associations, educational institutions, and sheltered employment entities
  • Support broader corporate social responsibility and diversity & inclusion initiatives aligned with LVMH Group policies

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, Project Management, or related field
  • Demonstrated interest in social and societal issues, luxury hospitality, and corporate social responsibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent French (both written and oral communication)
  • English language capability is valued
