Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all spa operations across the Cheval Blanc Spa by Guerlain, ensuring flawless execution of Guerlain rituals and wellness offerings tailored to each guest
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the spa team to deliver exceptional service standards aligned with Cheval Blanc's philosophy of luxury hospitality
- Anticipate and fulfil guest needs through personalised spa experiences and bespoke wellness programmes
- Manage spa budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimise operational efficiency and profitability
- Maintain rigorous standards of quality, discretion, and confidentiality in all guest interactions and spa operations
- Liaise with other department heads to integrate spa offerings into the broader guest experience at the Maison
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, conduct training initiatives, and foster a culture of excellence and precision
- Manage spa software systems (Opera, Spa Connect) and maintain detailed records of guest preferences and treatment outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
- Technical certifications in spa therapy
- Minimum 5 years of management-level experience in spa operations within luxury hospitality environments
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in spa or reservation software such as Opera or Spa Connect
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
- Demonstrated financial acumen and budgeting competency
- Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
