Role & Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and manage housekeeping and public area teams to maintain the highest standards of excellence
• Collaborate closely with majordomos to deliver personalized, bespoke service tailored to each guest's needs
• Anticipate and fulfill guest desires to create memorable, unique experiences throughout their stay
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all guest suites, public areas, and service zones to reflect unwavering commitment to excellence
• Oversee the preparation, maintenance, and refreshment of guest rooms and suites
• Ensure proper functioning and optimal use of intelligent building systems
• Manage team scheduling, training, and development to foster harmony and operational excellence
• Establish and enforce housekeeping protocols and quality standards across all departments

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hotel management
• BTS in Hotel and Restaurant Management, option A (Marketing and Hotel Management) or equivalent qualification
• Bac in Hotel Technology or equivalent secondary qualification
• BP (Brevet Professionnel) Housekeeping or CAP in Hotel Services
• Advanced proficiency in Opera Cloud hotel management system
• Fluent English (written and oral)
• Exceptional presentation and representational abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to operational excellence

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, with demonstrated expertise in housekeeping operations, team management, and the delivery of personalized service in high-end hotel environments.

Education

BTS in Hotel and Restaurant Management (option A: Marketing and Hotel Management) or Bac in Hotel Technology required; BP in Housekeeping or CAP in Hotel Services preferred.
