Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Rang to create a welcoming front-of-house atmosphere and deliver impeccable guest service.
- Prepare and maintain the dining room and service stations according to Maison standards and HACCP hygiene procedures.
- Support mise en place and ensure the point of sale is fully supplied to guarantee seamless service.
- Participate in the service of food and beverages, ensuring presentation and execution meet Cheval Blanc standards.
- Clear and maintain the dining room during service; ensure ongoing cleanliness and proper care of service equipment.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, stewarding, cellar and provisioning teams to ensure harmonious service flow.
- Contribute to guest reception, placement, cloakroom management and promotion of the hotel's restaurants and culinary events.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of service experience in a luxury hotel or starred restaurant (internships considered for earlier-stage candidates).
- Professional hospitality qualification (BEP/CAP/BAC Pro in catering/restaurant services) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in high-standard table service and familiarity with fine-dining protocols.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, sales and communication skills with a polished, service-oriented demeanour.
- Flexibility for varied schedules, rigour, attention to detail and a collaborative team spirit.

Minimum three years of progressive service experience in luxury hotels or Michelin-starred restaurants; prior internships in a similar environment may be considered for less-experienced candidates.
Education
BEP / CAP / BAC Professionnel in Hospitality, Catering or Restaurant Services (or equivalent)
