Internship: Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks a Dining Room Commis for Le 1947 à Cheval Blanc, a 3-Michelin-star restaurant in the French Alps.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist Commis and Head of Service in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering service excellence
  • Prepare and organize the dining area according to house standards, including setting tables and replenishing supplies throughout service
  • Maintain strict HACCP hygiene protocols and ensure compliance with all sanitation procedures
  • Support the service team in delivering an exceptional guest experience through attentive and detailed attention
  • Ensure seamless service flow by managing point-of-sale supplies and coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Qualifications

  • BEP/CAP/BAC PRO/Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards and dining service techniques
  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining (preferred)
  • Demonstrated passion for gastronomy and fine dining
