Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest service experiences
- Prepare and organize the dining room point-of-sale, including cleaning and mise-en-place according to house procedures
- Uphold and guarantee compliance with HACCP hygiene standards and protocols
- Manage the provisioning and restocking of the dining room to ensure seamless service execution
- Contribute to the overall excellence of service delivery as a key member of the dining room team
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in Hospitality or Food Service
- Demonstrated experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant service
- Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards and food safety protocols
- Mastery of fine dining service techniques
- Fluent English and French (spoken and written)
