Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal condition and maintenance of the restaurant premises at all times
- Oversee seamless service execution from guest arrival through departure, adhering strictly to hotel protocols
- Guarantee consistent guest satisfaction by monitoring and enforcing service standards across the entire team
- Cultivate excellent guest relationships with discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests to ensure optimal satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and current guest profiles in the Cardex system
- Address guest complaints and concerns with compassion and in accordance with hotel procedures
- Generate proposals for new products and services to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and retain clientele whilst promoting hotel and Cheval Blanc Collection services
- Manage restaurant reservations in compliance with hotel protocols
- Coordinate seamlessly between the dining room, kitchens, and pastry department
- Monitor equipment maintenance, facility cleanliness, and HACCP food safety protocol compliance across all team members
- Oversee inventory management and supplies in accordance with hotel procedures
- Manage operational costs and implement initiatives to increase restaurant revenue
- Track and analyze key performance indicators including guest satisfaction, revenue, staff engagement, and operational expenses
- Participate in recruiting new team members and conducting performance development interviews
- Welcome, train, coordinate, and organize the work of restaurant staff
- Replace the Restaurant Manager in his or her absence
Qualifications
- Degree or advanced qualification in hotel management or culinary arts
- Knowledge of HACCP food safety regulations and standards
- Demonstrated experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant operations
- Strong interpersonal skills and natural ability to represent the brand
- Excellent guest service orientation, courtesy, and professional discretion
- Proficiency in both written and spoken communication

Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant environment, with demonstrated success in restaurant operations management and team leadership.
Education
Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related hospitality discipline.
