Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver high-standard table service across shifts to ensure a seamless, refined guest experience.
  • Support Chef de Rang and Maître d’Hôtel in orchestrating the dining room, anticipating guest needs and directing the service team’s gestures.
  • Prepare and organise the point-of-sale: mise en place, station setup, stock replenishment and closing duties.
  • Enforce and maintain hygiene and food-safety standards in line with HACCP requirements.
  • Contribute to a polished atmosphere through attention to detail, timing and personalized guest interaction.

Qualifications

  • Vocational qualification in hospitality or catering (BEP / CAP / Bac Pro in restauration or equivalent).
  • Proven background in luxury hotels or starred restaurants; minimum three years’ experience in a similar setting.
  • Formal knowledge and application of HACCP food-safety standards.
  • Fluent French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong mastery of fine-dining service techniques and table management.
