Cheval Blanc Paris seeks a Demi-Chef de Rang for Le Tout-Paris restaurant. Luxury fine dining service role in Paris.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellence in service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Maintain compliance with HACCP food hygiene standards while preparing and organizing the point of sale and ensuring proper service flow and mise-en-place according to Maison procedures
  • Execute service with expertise and precision, upholding all Cheval Blanc standards while attending to guest needs
  • Coordinate and communicate seamlessly with the kitchen, stockroom, wine cellar, and stewarding departments to ensure harmonious service
  • Contribute to a memorable guest experience from arrival through departure, including greeting, seating, coat check, service, and farewell
  • Promote the restaurants and dining events organized by the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties

Qualifications

  • BEP, CAP, or Baccalauréat Professionnel in hospitality or culinary arts
  • Demonstrated knowledge of luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred fine dining
  • Prior internship or employment in a similar high-end establishment
  • Fluent English (written and oral)
  • Proficiency in additional language such as Arabic, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Portuguese is advantageous
