Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver floor service to the house standard, ensuring a seamless, refined dining experience for each guest.
  • Support Chefs de Rang and the Maître d’Hôtel by anticipating guest needs, supervising timing of courses and orchestrating the team’s service gestures.
  • Prepare, organise and supervise the point of sale: mise en place, provisioning, cleaning and set-up to guarantee operational readiness.
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food-safety standards (HACCP) at all times.
  • Contribute to a warm, attentive atmosphere through exemplary guest relations and polished table service techniques.

Qualifications

  • BEP/CAP or vocational baccalaureate (Bac Pro) in catering, hospitality or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven knowledge of luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant service standards.
  • Fluent French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Certification or demonstrable mastery of HACCP hygiene standards.
  • Strong technical command of fine-dining service techniques and mise en place.
