Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in managing and organizing the assigned kitchen station (e.g., appetizers, first courses, mains, vegetables)
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes, chef instructions, and quality standards set by the Executive Chef
  • Execute mise en place correctly, including ingredient preparation, portioning, and proper storage
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene of the work station and kitchen area in compliance with HACCP regulations
  • Monitor ingredient inventory for the assigned station and report restocking requirements
  • Collaborate actively with other members of the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and maintenance of elevated culinary standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants
