Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie in daily management of the station and preparation of dishes to Maison standards.
- Perform preliminary product preparations (peeling, cutting, washing) and receive and inspect deliveries.
- Participate actively in the execution and finishing of dishes, strictly following recipes, portioning and plating standards.
- Ensure mise en place and timely distribution of dishes during service while maintaining impeccable presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment in compliance with H.A.C.C.P. rules and internal procedures; manage waste sorting and evacuation.
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP or Bac Pro in Culinary Arts or equivalent vocational culinary qualification.
- Proven knowledge of luxury hotel kitchens or Michelin‑starred restaurants; first professional experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment.
- Certified knowledge and application of H.A.C.C.P. hygiene standards.
- Solid command of classical and contemporary culinary techniques; accurate execution and attention to detail.
- Demonstrable flexibility, strong team spirit, availability and adaptability during high‑intensity service.

Minimum 3 years' experience in professional kitchens; prior exposure to luxury hotel or Michelin‑starred restaurant environments is preferred.
