Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Chef de Partie in the daily management and operation of an assigned kitchen section (chaud, froid, or pâtisserie)
- Execute mise-en-place with meticulous precision and prepare ingredients and finished dishes according to established techniques
- Ensure impeccable plating, presentation, and distribution of each dish in coordination with service operations
- Maintain full compliance with HACCP food safety standards and all kitchen hygiene and sanitation protocols
- Manage inventory, product preparation, and efficient workflow to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Collaborate actively with the culinary team to support the creation of refined, consistent gastronomic experiences
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, or Bac Pro in Culinary Arts (or equivalent vocational qualification)
- Demonstrated mastery of HACCP hygiene protocols and professional kitchen techniques
- Two to three years of hands-on experience in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant environment
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and consistency in culinary execution

Experience
Two to three prior positions or internships in comparable luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments; foundational knowledge of haute cuisine operations.
Education
BEP, CAP, or Bac Pro in Culinary Arts (or recognized equivalent vocational qualification in cookery)
