Role & Responsibilities

  • Immerse in the preparation and presentation of refined cuisine across multiple restaurant concepts under expert culinary leadership
  • Execute technical kitchen tasks with meticulous precision, learning and reproducing essential culinary techniques under direct supervision of the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen staff
  • Participate actively in every stage of food preparation, from ingredient selection and mise en place through plating and service
  • Contribute to maintaining the exceptional standards of gastronomic excellence that distinguish Cheval Blanc Paris's four Michelin-acclaimed restaurants
  • Observe, study, and progressively develop proficiency in classical and contemporary culinary methods, knife skills, and kitchen organization
  • Support the kitchen brigade in all culinary operations, demonstrating discipline, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to learning and professional growth

Qualifications

  • CAP, BEP, or BT/BTS in Culinary Arts
  • Baccalauréat Professionnel in Gastronomy or Baccalauréat Technologique in Hotel Management
  • Prior experience in a fine dining or equivalent culinary establishment
  • Solid foundational knowledge of culinary techniques, classical recipes, and premium ingredients
  • Fluency in French (working language of the kitchen brigade)

Experience

CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle), BEP (Brevet d'Études Professionnelles), BT/BTS in Culinary Arts, or equivalent professional qualification. Baccalauréat Professionnel in Gastronomy or Baccalauréat Technologique in Hotel Management accepted.
