Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks a Concierge in Saint Barthélemy — contract role delivering bespoke guest experiences and supervising concierge staff.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for discerning guests, anticipating needs and delivering personalised service before, during and after each stay.
- Supervise, coach and train assistant concierges and interns; ensure consistent standards of service and professional development within the team.
- Design, organise and coordinate bespoke experiences and exclusive activities — from restaurant bookings and private excursions to special events and island itineraries.
- Collaborate closely with reception, F&B, spa and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest journeys and rapid resolution of requests.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with high-end local partners and suppliers, managing reservations, confirmations and billing in complete discretion.
- Ensure meticulous administrative follow-up including invoicing, guest profiles and post-stay correspondence while preserving guest confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat technologique hôtelier or equivalent hospitality diploma.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar concierge or guest relations role within luxury hotel or palace environments.
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in a third language highly desired.
- Demonstrable knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and the local destination; ability to curate high-end experiences.
- Strong organisational skills, discretion, impeccable attention to detail and a service-oriented demeanour.

Experience
Minimum three years in a concierge, guest relations or front-office role within the luxury hospitality sector, with prior supervisory or mentoring responsibility and proven experience delivering bespoke guest experiences.
Education
Baccalauréat technologique hôtelier (or equivalent hospitality qualification).
