The Concierge Intern supports the Concierge team with guest requests, reservations, recommendations and service coordination, helping deliver a responsive, personalised experience. This full-time internship is based at Cheval Blanc Courchevel and includes accommodation, meals, uniform provision and laundering, and transport costs of €100 each way.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Concierge team in delivering outstanding service and learn to anticipate and fulfil guest expectations with precision and creativity.
- Assist Concierges in managing guest requests, including reservations, recommendations and service arrangements, with prompt, personalised responses tailored to individual needs.
- Coordinate with the Maison’s departments to ensure a seamless, bespoke guest experience.
- Help deliver a distinctive experience by embodying the Maison’s Concierge standards of excellence and personalisation.
Qualifications
- Training in hospitality, hotel management or business administration is preferred.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Fluent French and English, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in a third language is preferred: Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud is preferred.
- Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance standards.
- A considerate and attentive approach.
- Rigor, precision and attention to detail.
