Concierge Intern at Cheval Blanc Courchevel, a luxury five-star palace hotel in the French Alps managed by LVMH.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support concierge staff in managing guest requests including reservations, recommendations, and personalized service organization
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and coordinate solutions with various hotel departments
- Anticipate guest needs and contribute to personalized, tailored experiences
- Maintain detailed knowledge of available services and coordinate their seamless delivery
- Ensure adherence to Cheval Blanc service standards and Leading Quality Assurance protocols
Qualifications
- Fluent French and English (written and oral)
- Training or background in hospitality management, hotel management, or luxury hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of luxury hotel operations and service standards
- Third language proficiency appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Portuguese)
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud software appreciated
- Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance standards

Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in hospitality or hotel operations preferred; background in luxury hospitality sector appreciated.
Education
Training in hotel management, hospitality management, or business administration appreciated; secondary education minimum required.
