Cheval Blanc Paris (LVMH) seeks a Commis Waiter in Paris for Le Tout Paris restaurant.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Rang to deliver a polished, personalised dining experience from guest greeting and placement through to departure.
  • Execute mise en place, maintain strict HACCP hygiene standards and ensure the service area is immaculate and presentation-ready.
  • Support mise à disposition and restocking of station supplies to guarantee seamless service flow.
  • Participate in the service of food and beverages, including bespoke presentation standards aligned with Cheval Blanc protocols.
  • Clear and clean during service and ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of service equipment.
  • Coordinate proactively with kitchen, stewarding, cellar and economat teams to secure a harmonious, timely service.
  • Promote the hotel’s restaurants and culinary events to guests, acting as an ambassador for the Maison.

Qualifications

  • BEP / CAP / Bac Professionnel in hospitality, food service or equivalent vocational qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in luxury hotel or fine-dining (Michelin-starred) environments.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated excellence in guest relations, discretion and a high standard of professional presentation.
  • Sales aptitude, strong communication skills and the capacity to anticipate guest needs.

Experience
