Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Rang to deliver a refined, seamless dining experience from guest reception through to departure.
  • Prepare and maintain the dining area according to the Maison’s standards, ensuring constant cleanliness and correct mise en place.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards, including cleaning and sanitation of service equipment and workstations.
  • Support mise‑en‑place and supply of the point of sale to guarantee an impeccable service flow.
  • Participate in the service of food and beverages, presenting dishes immaculately and executing tailored guest requests.
  • Clear and reset covers promptly during service and maintain the dining room’s presentation throughout service.
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen, stewarding, cellar and economat teams to ensure smooth operational communication.
  • Promote the hotel's restaurants and F&B events to guests and contribute to upselling opportunities where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • BEP/CAP/Bac Pro in Hospitality, Catering or equivalent vocational qualification.
  • Professional experience in luxury hotel or Michelin‑starred restaurant service; minimum three years of relevant experience.
  • Proven mastery of HACCP protocols and high‑standards food‑service procedures.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Micros, La Fourchette and Microsoft Office.

Experience
