Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Rang in delivering a seamless, high‑standard service across place setting, guest placement, cloakroom and departure.
- Prepare and organise the dining area according to Maison procedures and ensure continuous upkeep of the room during service.
- Adhere to HACCP hygiene standards and manage cleaning and maintenance of service equipment and stewarding areas.
- Support mise en place and stock replenishment to guarantee flawless service flow and timely availability of supplies.
- Participate in service of food and beverages, ensuring presentation meets Cheval Blanc standards and assisting with guest requests.
- Coordinate and communicate closely with kitchen, economat, cellar and stewarding to ensure a harmonious service delivery.
- Promote the house restaurants and dining events to guests as an ambassador of the Maison.
Qualifications
- BEP / CAP / Bac Pro in catering, hospitality or equivalent vocational training.
- Demonstrable background in luxury hotel or Michelin‑starred restaurant service.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required; knowledge of a third language appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese).
- Solid command of HACCP hygiene principles and professional table service techniques.
- Customer‑facing aptitude with sales and communication skills; excellent representational qualities.
- Availability, flexibility for variable schedules and strong teamwork orientation.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' professional experience in luxury hospitality or a Michelin‑starred / equivalent high‑end restaurant; relevant internships may be considered for recent graduates of vocational programmes.
Education
BEP, CAP or Bac Pro in Restaurant Service / Hospitality (or equivalent vocational qualification)
