Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks Commis Room Service to deliver exceptional in-room dining experiences at this LVMH luxury palace hotel in the French Alps.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and deliver room service orders with meticulous attention to detail and presentation standards
  • Maintain compliance with LQA quality standards and hotel procedures for all in-room dining services
  • Anticipate guest needs and contribute to guest satisfaction throughout their stay
  • Support the Room Service Supervisor in executing the Carte Blanche service excellence standards
  • Ensure hygiene and HACCP protocols are strictly observed during food preparation and delivery
  • Collaborate with kitchen and floor teams to coordinate timely and flawless service delivery

Qualifications

  • BEP, CAP, or Baccalauréat Professionnel in hospitality or culinary arts
  • Demonstrable experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining establishments
  • First professional experience (internship or full-time role) in a comparable luxury hotel or restaurant environment
  • HACCP food safety certification or equivalent hygiene training
  • Fluent English and French (spoken and written)
  • Mastery of service techniques and formal dining protocols

Experience
