Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks Commis de Salle for five-star dining service in luxury Alpine resort in Courchevel, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering service excellence to guests
- Prepare and organize the dining areas according to House procedures, ensuring HACCP hygiene standards are rigorously maintained
- Manage the restocking and provisioning of the dining point, guaranteeing an impeccable service flow throughout each service period
- Support the front-of-house team in delivering an exceptional and memorable guest experience
- Maintain compliance with all hygienic and safety protocols specific to luxury hospitality standards
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in Hospitality or Culinary Studies
- Minimum three years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality establishments
- Prior stage or professional role in a similar five-star property
- Fluent oral and written English and French
- Mastery of HACCP hygiene standards and food service protocols
- Demonstrated knowledge of service techniques and dining room protocols
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in a luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining establishment. Prior internship or employment in a comparable five-star property is essential.
Education
BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO qualification in Hospitality, Culinary Studies, or equivalent.
