- Support the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie in the daily management and organisation of assigned station (appetisers, first courses, second courses, vegetables, etc.)
- Prepare ingredients required for service according to received instructions and defined quality standards
- Execute mise en place correctly, including preparation, cleaning, and proper food storage
- Assist in dish preparation, ensuring precision, attention to detail, and impeccable presentation
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene standards at the workstation and throughout the kitchen, in compliance with HACCP regulations
- Collaborate actively with brigade members to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service
