Role & Responsibilities
- Perform preliminary ingredient preparation tasks including peeling, cutting, and washing; receive and process incoming merchandise
- Assist in the preparation and elaboration of dishes by following detailed instructions and implementing acquired culinary techniques
- Execute mise en place and coordinate plate distribution, ensuring meticulous presentation and adherence to plating standards
- Maintain kitchen facilities and equipment in compliance with HACCP protocols and Cheval Blanc procedures, including waste sorting and disposal
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in Culinary Arts
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant operations
- Prior experience via internship or entry-level position in a comparable establishment
