Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and execution of dishes according to established culinary standards and techniques
  • Execute preliminary preparation tasks including peeling, dicing, washing, and portioning of products
  • Receive and organize incoming merchandise and ingredients
  • Participate in the creation and elaboration of dishes while following precise instructions and applying learned techniques
  • Ensure the mise en place and plating of dishes with careful presentation and adherence to garnishing guidelines
  • Maintain strict HACCP hygiene standards and House procedures during all food preparation activities
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen facilities and equipment, including waste management and disposal

Qualifications

  • BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification
