Cheval Blanc Paris (LVMH) is hiring a Commis Chef for Hakuba restaurant in Paris. Full‑time, permanent role for a junior cook with HACCP expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and food preparation for the Hakuba Japanese restaurant.
- Perform preparatory tasks including peeling, cutting, washing and basic product mise en place.
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, participate in stock rotation and proper food storage.
- Contribute to the preparation and cooking of dishes according to recipes and chef instructions.
- Manage mise en place and the distribution of dishes, ensuring impeccable plating and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment, follow waste sorting procedures.
- Adhere strictly to H.A.C.C.P. hygiene standards and internal Maison procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- BEP/CAP or Bac Professionnel in Culinary Arts (or equivalent vocational qualification).
- Practical knowledge of luxury hotel kitchens or Michelin‑level restaurant operations.
- Certification or demonstrable mastery of H.A.C.C.P. hygiene standards.
- Proven culinary technique and sound knife skills.
- High attention to detail, flexibility, availability and a strong team spirit.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably within luxury hotel or Michelin‑starred restaurant environments.
Education
BEP/CAP/Bac Pro in Cuisine or equivalent vocational culinary qualification.
