Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, courteous and discreet service to ensure full guest satisfaction at the bar.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of beverages — cocktails, spirits, coffee and non‑alcoholic drinks — in accordance with the bar’s standards.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and order of the bar station, tools and equipment throughout service.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety regulations, including HACCP procedures.
- Support mise en place before and during service, ensuring ingredients and garnishes are prepared and replenished.
- Process orders and serve beverages efficiently while describing menu items and ingredients to guests when required.
- Contribute to stock control and routine inventory replenishment of bar supplies.
- Communicate promptly and clearly with colleagues to sustain a smooth, coordinated service flow.
- Assist the Bar Manager and senior bartenders in daily operations and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bartending or beverage service role; experience in luxury hotels or high‑end hospitality preferred.
- Proven manual dexterity and precision in drink preparation and service.
- Strong personal presentation and meticulous attention to hygiene and station upkeep.
- Fluent Italian and English; knowledge of a third language (for example French) is a plus.
