Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the bartender in beverage preparation and service to ensure a seamless guest experience at Restaurant Langosteria.
- Maintain bar stock and manage supplies to guarantee an impeccable service flow throughout shifts.
- Support mise en place and ensure beverage presentation aligns with Cheval Blanc standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen, stewarding, cellar and provisioning teams to secure a harmonious service.
- Contribute to guest relations from arrival to departure, including seating, cloakroom, and promotion of restaurant and hotel F&B events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in service within luxury hotels or starred restaurants.
- BEP/CAP or Bac Pro in Hospitality/Catering (or equivalent vocational qualification).
- Knowledge of luxury hotel or haute‑cuisine restaurant operations.
- Fluent English (oral and written) is mandatory; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) are appreciated.
